Post-Production Client Service Representatives
Modern VideoFilm offers clients the most outstanding, highly-trained, and dedicated customer service staff in the post-production industry. Our staff is available to you 24 hours a day to answer questions and process your work in an expedient and cost-efficient manner. All operations personnel are available at a moment's notice via personal pagers, in-house portable phones and/or cell phones. Your dedicated Client Representatives will handle your project from your first day of shooting until the delivery of your final master.
Additional Comforts & Guest Services
Guest Services Staff will make you feel welcome during your stay in our facility (sessions, meetings, conferences). They are equipped with portable phones to answer all your needs and make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Free Parking w/ valet is available.
Kitchen and Cappuccino Bar
Our Guest Services staff will make sure you get your cappuccino steaming hot or iced, however you would like.
Conference Offices
We offer glass-enclosed private offices with phones and movable video playback stations for your office needs. We also can provide a larger conference room with state-of-the-art conference speaker phones, data and video projection and a white board if desired.
Computers, Internet Access
Edit bays are equipped with phone access for those of you who have internet access providers and Ethernet DSL ports
